It features a housing re-tapped to OEM specifications and damaged-checked for heat warping, corrosion or improper surface alignment. It also has performance and insulation tested rotor and stator to 600 volts, re-packed bearing with OEM grade lubricant, up to 300 volts performance tested rectifier, and 100 percent stripped and re-plated hardware. Its slip ring is re-matched to an average of 8 microns or 20 microns run-out maximum.
